Status, Transport, Return, Security & Business Policy
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Premium Furs Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order that we deem to
be "potentially high-risk":

Bill to address - doesn't match the credit card.

Ship to address - can't verify it or it is to a known
region with high-risk.

Credit card - missing CVV, missing the verification code.
-
Order and shipping pattern - our confidential validation process.

Competitor Mill - patterns and styles are protected.

And other factors - call if you wish to discuss your order

PAYMENT TERMS
ORDER STATUS
If the product you have ordered is in stock, it is being pulled from our
warehouse, cut and prepared for shipment during reqular business hours.
However, since we occasionally run out of stock, it may take an
additional 120 days for replenishment, if however we cannot ship
within 14 days we will notify you and offer you the option of cancelling or
replacement. You are welcome to email us at
sales{a}prefurs.com or call us at (518) 483-9900 and we can let you know the
progress of your order.
TRANSPORT POLICY
Orders destined for the United States are processed from our
Malone, New York manufacturing/distribution center everyday and are shipped as
soon as they are complete. All other countries may require two
business days for order, address and payment verification before production
begins.
While we indicate UPS Ground as the basic transport we may from
time to time use USPS Parcel Service to help expedite your shipment when it
warrants or when ground service is not available to your address.
PREMIUM FURS RETURN POLICIES
GENERAL RETURNS CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS:
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Cut Fabric is non-returnable.
Up to 25% restocking charge may be levied on returns for custom orders, or for
reasons outside of our product garantee.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a PREMIUM FURS
return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. RMA number must be plainly
visible on packaging.
RMA numbers issued by Premium Furs are good for 21 days only, and product must
be received by Premium Furs within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or
re-issued.
Where a specific return period is applicable (see below), no returns will be
accepted beyond that period. Return authorizations will not be granted after
the stated return period has run.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return
shipments. Premium Furs highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier
capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully
insuring your return shipment.

Sewn products:
Each faux fur throw (pillow, blanket or bed cover) is made to order, this very
valuable faux fur is shipped and stored on metal racks that suspend the fur so
that the surface is not touching the back of the next layer. We remove the faux
fur from the rack and sew your request as soon as we receive your order,
allowing us to offer you so many different sizes and combinations of faux fur in prestine condition.
We will not accept a return based on faux fur pattern, color or final product size being wrong. You must be 100% certain
that your purchase is correct and that you have seen samples of the fabrics, that you understand the size you
are ordering. If not, stop and request samples and/or call us toll free 800-962-0320 to ask questions.
We will accept a return if there is a visible manufacturing defect in the fabric from the European mills that we
may have overlooked, a sewing defect by us or shipping damages that you noticed at the time of delivery and indicated on the shipping documents.
Cut fabrics by the yard:
This very valuable faux fur is shipped and stored on metal racks that suspend the fur so
that the surface is not touching the back of the next layer. We remove the faux
fur from the rack and cut to your measurement giving you faux fur in prestine condition.
We cannot accept a return for cut fabric. You must be 100% certain
that your purchase is correct and that you have seen samples of the fabrics that you are ordering.
If not, stop and request samples and/or call us toll free 800-962-0320 to ask questions.
We will accept a return if there is a visible manufacturing defect in the fabric from the European mills that we
may have overlooked, discoloration on the woven backing due to manufacturing is not considered a defect.
We will also accept a return for shipping damages that you noticed at the time of delivery and indicated on the
shipping documents.
SECURITY
Premium Furs uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a certificate is provided by
Thawte and charges on credit cards will display Premium Furs Inc.. SSL provides
data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client
authentication for a TCP/IP connection. This security protocol is
designed to provide data security layered between application protocols
(such as HTTP, Telnet, NNTP, or FTP) and TCP/IP.
In other words, it's pretty tough to break - but not impossible. If you are
extremely risk adverse - Call us! However, if you ever give your card to
someone at a restaurant and allow him or her to take it behind closed doors -
you run a significantly higher chance of experiencing credit card fraud than
with a secure Web connection.
PREMIUM FURS BUSINESS POLICIES
Any agreement for the purchase of goods and/or services from Premium Furs.com.
("Premium Furs") shall be governed by and is made subject to these Business
Policies and the Returns Policies stated below (collectively, the "Policies").
Premium Furs may, at its sole option, revise the Policies from time to time
without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Photos may not represent actual product. Typographical, product description,
pricing and other errors are subject to correction, even after orders and/or
payment are accepted. Manufacturer warranty, if any, applies; Premium Furs
HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Premium Furs does not
guarantee product compatibility. Not all products are eligible for return, and
not all products that are eligible for return are to be returned to Premium
Furs. Carefully review all return policies (below) before making your purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Governing Law
Any purchase of goods from Premium Furs will be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America,
without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state
or country of residence and by using this Site you consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, U.S.A.
Limitation of Remedy
IN NO EVENT SHALL Premium Furs BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT
OR SERVICE OR THE FAILURE OF SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO PERFORM, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR
ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE
THEORY OF LIABILITY PURSUANT TO WHICH SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT. Premium Furs
is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third
party.
Premium Furs obtains certain data directly from the manufacturer or distributor
of certain products. While Premium Furs makes every effort to ensure the
accuracy of this data, this web site could include typographical errors and/or
technical inaccuracies. Premium Furs reserves the right to make improvements
and/or changes to such data and/or this web site at any time. Premium Furs
makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the data on this web site or the
